Limited Company incorporated at Companies House
  • Quick and Easy Online application process – trading within 3 hours*
  • No paperwork, no hassle – complete the on line application and set up an account with us, tell us about the company and the Directors
  • 12 months Central London Business address - for use by your customers, suppliers and banks. For your everyday business mail. The virtual office/ mail forwarding service mail can be scanned or posted - daily, weekly or monthly.
  • 12 months Central London EC1 Registered Office & Directors Service Address
  • The official address for your business - Our Registered Office and Service Address provides a London based address and it includes the free forwarding of your Companies House and HMRC mail to you via scan or postage.
  • The Directors can also use the address as the service address, so they can keep their residential address private. Includes the forwarding of the Directors Companies House mail.
  • Person of Significant Control Submission - this is included with the submission to Companies House. This identifies who "owns/controls" the company. Make sure this is complete otherwise your submission may be rejected.
  • PDF and Printed Certificate of Incorporation - this is required by banks when opening an account
  • PDF and Printed Memorandum & Articles of Association, Share Certificates and Company Registers 
  • We will also provide you with a template for your first Board Meeting, to get your business started
  • Application check – we will ensure that your application is complete prior to submission.
  • Ongoing Support for your business – you will have continued access to the online dashboard so that you can link directly to Companies House.
  • Fraud Protection - this prevents anyone from changing the information at Companies House by sending in paperwork with fake signatures. All your dealings with Companies House occur online using authentication codes.
  • Filing Date Reminders - we will also email you to remind you of important dates, such as your accounts due, confirmation statement etc.

Proof of ID and Address


To comply with the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and Know Your Customer (KYC) and the London Local Authority Act we are legally required to check proof of ID and proof of address for customers (Company Directors and any Company Representatives) using our services.

Annual Renewal

After 12 months the All-In Package will need to be renewed. This will include the business address, registered office address, Directors Service address, plus continued access to the online portal. The renewal fee would be £149.99 + vat. We do not automatically renew your account.

We will contact you one month before renewal so you can decide if you wish to continue. You can log into your online account to renew or add any services.

More about this service?

The All-In package includes the forwarding of your business mail as well as your official company mail. This is ideal low cost solution for any new business start-up. The forwarding of the official mail from Companies House and HMRC is included, but in order to forward mail from your clients, suppliers or banks we do ask for a £20 mailing deposit. This deposit is used to send your mail first or second-class or for scanning your mail. 

We are an office, and not a warehouse! Therefore, we can only accept letters at our London address, this means that we cannot accept packages, products from your suppliers or returns from your customers.

We do have another address outside London, which may be more suitable for this, we would recommend contacting us to discuss this; before applying.


 

Your Online Account

Whether you have one company or multiple companies with us, we can help you manage them online.
 
We have automated reminders for key filing dates and you can even file many of the companies house forms directly from your online account.
 
You can update company details, add or remove Directors and because we are linked to the Companies House database, you do not need to log in separately to Companies House.  

You can continue to access this service even if you no longer need our address services.
